Job Description for LPN
- 2nd Shift - Part Time
- 1st Shift - Part Time
- 3rd Shift - Part Time
- 8 Hour Shifts
- 75 Bed Facility
- LPN will assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan
- Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs
- LPN will Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants
- A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents
- Current LPN License
- Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification
- Good Working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations
- Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance
