LHH is seeking a detail-oriented professional for a 6-month contract role in Charlotte, NC to support procurement activities and vendor onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of organization, a collaborative mindset, and a solid grasp of procurement workflows. This position is hybrid, requiring in-office work 3 days/week in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the evaluation and approval process for new and existing vendors, ensuring alignment with internal compliance and security protocols.
- Partner with external vendors to draft and finalize agreements for services, including advertising placements and media partnerships.
- Initiate and manage purchase order creation, ensuring all necessary approvals are secured and documentation is complete.
- Process and track invoices, ensuring accurate coding and alignment with budget allocations.
- Address and resolve discrepancies related to vendor performance, billing, or service delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement workflows and implement process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain documentation outlining procurement procedures and best practices for internal stakeholders.
