Our client, a leading NYC-based subcontractor specializing in roofing, sidewalks, Local Law 11 repairs, faade restoration, and more , is looking for a Junior Estimator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing bids and estimates for restoration projects
2. Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze drawings for accurate pricing
3. Collaborate with senior estimators, project managers, and subcontractors
4. Utilize Excel, Bluebeam, and construction management software to compile estimates

Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of estimating experience in relevant trades (restoration, roofing, faade, etc.)
2. Strong understanding of construction drawings and materials
3. Proficiency in Excel, Bluebeam, and construction management tools
4. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
