Responsibilities include:

  1. Participate in compliance and consulting projects for multi-state alternative investment clients.
  2. Review tax calculations and information on state income tax returns.
  3. Build and manage client relationships, supervise and mentor staff.

Qualifications include:

  1. Minimum five years of recent experience in state income tax returns for pass-through and corporate entities.
  2. Bachelor's degree; CPA, EA, JD/LLM, or MTX certification or equivalent.
  3. Experience with pass-through entities and relevant state tax concepts.
  4. Strong relationship-building, communication, and team management skills.
