K?STA I.T. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator skilled in managing Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator (Contract / Temp-to-Hire)
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid - 2 days/week onsite)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator for a contract / temp-to-hire opportunity in San Jose, CA . This hybrid role requires in-office presence two days per week and remote work on remaining days. The Recruiting Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating interviews and serving as a liaison between recruiters and hiring managers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple departments by working directly with hiring managers and recruiters.
- Manage complex and busy calendars, ensuring interview logistics are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Communicate with candidates to confirm schedules, provide details, and ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Proactively identify and resolve conflicts or delays in scheduling.
- Work with hiring managers to find available times, often negotiating and adjusting to fit candidate and team needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and scheduling tools.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
- 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting coordination, HR support, or similar administrative role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
- Comfort with navigating multiple calendars and time zones.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and common ATS platforms, Workday is preferred.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a high level of professionalism.
- This is a contract / temp-to-hire position.
- Candidates must be able to work onsite in San Jose, CA two days per week , with the remaining days remote.
