Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Opportunity
Salary: $28 - $34 per hour
Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a student in the school setting within the Jefferson County Public School (JCPS) District. The LPN will deliver skilled nursing interventions and ensure the health and safety of the student throughout the school day. This role requires the LPN to work closely with the same student for the duration of each school day. Paid training is offered for any skills needed per student. Anticipated start date: August 7, 2025. Available placements are dependent on needs within the JCPS District.

Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care for student(s) with medical needs including trach, vent, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring with rescue medications, personal care, diabetic care, etc.
Requirements:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensures in the state in which the nurse practices.
- Current health certificate (per facility).
- Current PPD or chest x-ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior LVN/LPN experience preferred.
