Your Role:

As our Campus Recruitment Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for entry-level and internship positions, focusing on universities and colleges throughout South Florida. This role requires travel to various campuses and locations, building key relationships and promoting A&D Mortgage as a premier employer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Campus Engagement:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy to attract diverse, high-performing candidates.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations across South Florida.
    • Identify and prioritize key universities based on our companys hiring needs, planning strategic visits and engagements.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Outreach:
    • Organize and participate in career fairs, information sessions, and networking events at universities throughout South Florida.
    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and campus events, to proactively identify and attract qualified candidates.
    • Conduct targeted outreach to drive applications for internship and full-time opportunities.
  • Interview & Selection:
    • Review resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates skills and qualifications.
    • Coordinate and conduct on-campus interviews, managing scheduling and logistics.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on job requirements and candidate selection.
  • Employer Branding & Engagement:
    • Partner with our marketing team to promote A&D Mortgages culture and values to students and recent graduates.
    • Develop engaging content for social media and campus-specific platforms.
    • Plan and execute employer branding initiatives such as information sessions and company tours.
  • Onboarding & Relationship Management:
    • Guide candidates through the offer and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition.
    • Maintain a network of former interns and new hires to foster long-term relationships.
    • Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights into campus recruitment activities.
  • Regional Travel:
    • This role requires regular travel throughout the state of Florida to university campuses and related events.
    • All travel expenses, including car rentals and transportation, will be covered by the company.
Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in campus recruiting, talent acquisition, or university relations.
  • Willingness to travel for on-campus events as needed
  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or campus recruitment is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates, academic institutions, and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with college recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., Handshake, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience in planning and executing events such as career fairs and campus recruitment activities.
  • Understanding of the latest trends and best practices in recruitment technology and strategies.
