Here, youll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of accounting functions , and work directly with leadership on exciting initiatives like process improvements, budgeting, operations, and more. Youll do real work that contributes to big-picture goals.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Help manage day-to-day accounting operations (think AR/AP, reconciliations, journal entries)
- Support month-end close and assist in preparing financial reports
- Work with leadership to track cash flow, budgets, and forecasts
- Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and team members across departments
- Contribute to improving systems and processes as we grow
- Learn quickly, ask questions, and take ownership of your work
Who You Are:
- A recent graduate in Accounting or Financeor someone with 02 years of experience plus an internship or two
- Eager to learn, ready to contribute, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, start-up-like environments
- Comfortable with Excel, organized, and curious about how accounting drives a business
- Bonus points if youve worked with QuickBooks, an ERP system, or have exposure to manufacturing or operations
