Recruiting Coordinator
Located in Myrtle Beach, SC Pay: $15-$17
Recruiting Coordinator $15-$17/hr Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Are you looking to break into a professional office career? Tired of your schedule that has you working nights and weekends? This is also a job you can feel great about, because you are helping people not only get a job, but in some cases, get their life back on track!
Duties:
- Source candidates by screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and performing background/reference checks
- Match qualified candidates to client job orders and extend employment offers
- Manage candidate information and activity using an Applicant Tracking System
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, conducting outreach calls to assess their staffing needs
- Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events
- Social media management
Requirements:
