Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships, including Fortune 100 clients and emerging businesses.
  • Participate in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver industry-specific knowledge and experience.
  • Manage teams of tax professionals working on client projects.
  • Deliver high-quality tax advice and services to clients.
  • Contribute to market and business development activities, building and maintaining client relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
  • Bachelor's degree, J.D., LL.M., or Master's in taxation from an accredited institution.
  • Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and ASC 740.
  • Strong advisory and compliance skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple engagements and coordinate with client service teams.
