Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment for hourly warehouse roles (pickers, packers, forklift drivers, etc.).
- Post and manage job ads on job boards, social media, and hiring platforms.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews with candidates daily.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and new hire orientations.
- Maintain candidate tracking and hiring reports using spreadsheets or applicant tracking systems.
- Partner with warehouse supervisors to understand staffing needs and shift demands.
- Attend job fairs and local hiring events as needed.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- 0-1 year of experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or a related field.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting and walking the floor regularly.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends during peak hiring times.
- Basic computer skills (email, Excel, and scheduling tools).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
- Training and mentorship from experienced HR and recruiting team members.
