Job Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive patient engagement, and support growth across all Rancho Health-affiliated clinics. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Growth & Patient Experience, this role will manage a talented team specializing in public relations and content creation. The Marketing Manager will oversee campaigns from concept through execution, track performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Essential Job Duties

Strategic Planning & Execution

Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans that support the growth objectives of Rancho Health and its affiliated medical groups. Translate high-level strategies into actionable campaigns and measurable initiatives. Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and resource efficiency. Team Leadership & Management

Lead and mentor a marketing team including PR, content, and creative professionals. Oversee workload, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training employees and addressing and resolving internal matters. Foster a collaborative, results-driven team culture. Campaign Development & Brand Management

Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, print, events, and community outreach. Maintain and evolve brand standards across all patient-facing and internal communications. Oversee the creation of engaging content for websites, social media, press releases, patient education, and advertising. Public Relations & Community Engagement

Manage PR initiatives including media outreach, press releases, and crisis communications. Support community-based marketing efforts, including health fairs, open houses, and partnership events. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking

Define KPIs and measure the success of campaigns using analytics tools. Provide regular performance reports with recommendations for optimization. Use data to guide decision-making and continuously improve results. Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Healthcare, multi-location, or MSO experience strongly preferred. Skills & Competencies

Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a creative team. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in marketing platforms (Google Analytics, social media management tools, CRM systems, etc.). Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
