Save Job

Lightricks , an AI-first company, is redefining the future of video creation. Our mission is to bridge the gap between imagination and realization through cutting-edge generative video technology.

At the core of this role is

LTXV , our open-source AI video generation model - already recognized as one of the

top-performing models in the world . Built as a

diffusion-transformer hybrid , LTXV enables

controllable, high-fidelity video

with expressive motion, stylistic precision, and frame-level intent - all at speeds that actually keep up with your ideas. But LTXV isn't just a model - it's the foundation of our entire creative ecosystem. From consumer favorites like

Facetune

to next-gen platforms like

LTX Studio , it powers the future of video across formats, platforms, and audiences. The Team & Role

We're seeking a

Product Marketing Manager (PMM)

to own the go-to-market strategy, positioning, product storytelling, and community-facing presence of

LTXV

- our open-source foundation model for generative video. This isn't your typical PMM role. You'll be helping define a new category at the intersection of AI, video, and creativity - working with some of the most powerful video generation tech in the world.

Your mission: drive understanding, adoption, and engagement across a range of technical and creative audiences - from indie hackers and dev teams to creative coders, AI artists, and enterprise partners. You'll help them see not just what LTXV can do, but what they can build with it.

You'll serve as the connective tissue between marketing, product, partnerships, and R&D - translating complex model capabilities into sharp positioning, compelling narratives, and strategic growth opportunities. This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing (based in Israel) and collaborates closely with global teams across Tel Aviv, New York, Chicago, and London. What You'll Be Doing Define how LTXV shows up across all touchpoints: GitHub, Hugging Face, developer docs, demo videos, keynote decks, and thought leadership content. Translate technical model updates (e.g., new versions, fine-tuning capabilities, inference speedups) into marketing and partner-ready narratives. Lead GTM for new LTXV features, capabilities, and integrations Own the launch playbook: messaging, content, community drops, developer activations, and cross-functional alignment. Produce and distribute high-quality content that showcases LTXV's capabilities: explainer videos, technical blog posts, case studies, and live demos. Collaborate with comms, social, and creative to amplify key narratives across owned and earned channels. Elevate LTXV's role in the broader AI and creative tooling conversation - identifying moments to show up with authority and originality. Track emerging trends in AI video - and translate them into strategic opportunities. Monitor competitor model releases, developer behavior, and creative workflows to inform positioning and roadmap. Be the voice of the user across teams - from developers fine-tuning LTXV to creators exploring motion design. Ensure LTXV marketing aligns with the broader Lightricks brand, product narratives, and go-to-market strategies. Your skills & experience 3+ years in product marketing, ideally at the intersection of AI, developer platforms, or creative tools. Proven track record of leading go-to-market efforts and driving adoption for technical products - from early positioning to post-launch growth. Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, particularly generative models (diffusion, transformer hybrids), open-source dynamics, and developer ecosystems. Clear, sharp storytelling instincts - especially when translating complex model capabilities into compelling, strategic narratives. Deep empathy for technical and creative users - you can switch gears between ML researchers, indie devs, and motion designers without losing context or credibility. Bonus: experience marketing to dual audiences (e.g., builders and end users), or across multiple channels (GitHub, Hugging Face, keynote stages, and consumer apps). High bar for content and UX - whether it's a model README, a developer demo, or a product explainer, you care how things show up in the world. Strong operational instincts - you can manage cross-functional campaigns, drive momentum across global teams, and keep projects moving without hand-holding. Comfortable navigating ambiguity, iterating fast, and making smart bets in emerging spaces. Passion for shaping the future of creative AI - and a builder's mindset to help make it real.
