Jet Pumps Assembler Job Summary:
The AY Jet Pumps Assembler is responsible for the precise and efficient assembly of shallow well and deep well jet pump systems at Baker Manufacturing's new AY Pump Warehouse. This role supports aftermarket fulfillment and small-batch production operations and plays an essential part in delivering high-quality AY McDonald water system products. The ideal candidate would have a High school diploma with some mechanical assembly experience and the ability to stand for the duration of the workday. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, some mechanical assembly experience, and the ability to stand for the duration of the workday
Jet Pumps Assembler Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Mechanical assembly experience or technical training preferred Experience with electric motors, pump systems, or plumbing-related products is a plus. Ability to read and follow technical drawings, assembly instructions, and BOMs. Proficient with torque wrenches, pneumatic tools, and common hand tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision. Reliable work ethic and effective teamwork. Prior experience supporting AY McDonald Pumps. Assemble jet pump units including motors, pump bodies, diffusers, impellers, and ejectors using hand and power tools. Active learner willing to patriciate in team meetings, continuous improvement activities, and lean manufacturing practices. Excellent organizational skills Jet Pumps Assembler Benefits:
