Client Service Analyst - Hedge Fund Investor Relations

Overview:

Carlson Capital is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and communicative

Client Service Analyst

to support senior leadership in investor marketing and relationship management. This is a

standalone role

within the Investor Relations function and will work directly with the COO and other senior managers as they raise capital and engage with institutional investors for a series of new hedge fund launches.

The ideal candidate will bring strong CRM expertise (Clienteer, Dynamo, or similar), an understanding of hedge fund compliance in investor interactions, and experience producing marketing materials. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a vital support function at a well-established investment firm entering a new growth phase.

Key Responsibilities: Investor Support & Coordination:

Act as the central resource supporting senior leadership in all investor interactions, including preparing meeting materials, coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining communication records. CRM Management:

Own the administration and optimization of the firm's CRM system (Clienteer, Dynamo, or similar), ensuring that all investor activity is accurately tracked and leveraged for outreach and follow-up. Marketing Materials:

Create, update, and organize pitch books, factsheets, and investor presentations, working closely with leadership to ensure content reflects current strategy and messaging. Compliance Oversight (Non-Officer Level):

Support adherence to hedge fund industry compliance standards in all communications, document management, and client engagement activities. Event Preparation:

Coordinate logistics and prepare materials for investor meetings, roadshows, and industry events where senior leadership will be presenting. Data and Reporting:

Assist with assembling performance data, strategy summaries, and client-specific reports for both prospective and current investors. Process Development:

Build and refine processes to help the firm scale its investor engagement as the new funds are launched. Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in investor relations, client service, marketing support, or operations within the hedge fund or broader asset management industry. Experience with CRM platforms such as

Clienteer ,

Dynamo , or similar is

required . Familiarity with

hedge fund compliance standards

and protocols around investor communications. Strong organizational and project management skills; must be able to operate independently and prioritize across multiple deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication; able to draft professional correspondence and edit investor-facing materials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Adobe InDesign or equivalent tools is a plus. Self-motivated with a high degree of accountability and professionalism.
