As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams through the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects - ensuring alignment with organizational goals, stakeholder satisfaction, and technical excellence.

Shift Information
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Required Education and Experience
5+ years of experience in project management (equivalent experience considered in lieu of a university degree) Solid understanding of ERP systems; experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred Proven ability to manage simultaneous, multi-phase technical projects, ideally in manufacturing or automation High-level understanding of mechanical and electrical machine terminology (e.g., conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, PLCs, VFDs) Preferred Education and Experience
University degree PMP certification (or actively pursuing) International project experience Fluency in German Familiarity with waySuite by Valantic (S&OP tool) General Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, etc.) Strong negotiation, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment Essential Functions
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets Lead project execution across engineering, project planning, manufacturing, and business operations Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with sales and accounting Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues Manage internal and external stakeholder communication and expectations Ensure project documentation, reporting, and status updates are accurate and timely Conduct project reviews and ensure post-project evaluations are completed Apply best practices in project management and continuous improvement Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members Support pre-sales and proposal activities as needed
