Skills Preferred Strong planning skills, organizational awareness, and interpersonal effectiveness to successfully navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Ability to facilitate collaboration between technical teams, program leads, and data stakeholders. Possess strong problem-solving skills to proactively identify and resolve project impediments, manage competing priorities, and maintain momentum. Familiarity with common issues encountered in enterprise data and system integration projects. Technical knowledge sufficient to evaluate data-related project components, validate deliverables, and guide effective decision-making. Experience working within Agile teams and managing Kanban boards to coordinate iterative delivery, track progress, and communicate status to stakeholders. A demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, coordinate input from multiple sources, and support change management.
Experience Required This classification requires a minimum of seven (7) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one or more large or complex IT project.
Experience Preferred Verified management of at least three (3) complex IT or Enterprise data-related projects during the past four (4) out of five (5) years that required the application of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies to manage cross-functional teams project management principles across multiple and diverse stakeholder agencies, including the assessment and evaluation of business processes, data governance practices, or system integration outcomes. Preferred verified experience includes working with Jira for project tracking and Confluence for documentation and collaboration. Verified experience leading at least three (3) projects during the past four (4) out of five (5) years that involved data sharing across departments or organizations, with demonstrated use of problem-solving techniques to address data standardization, access, or interoperability challenges. Verified experience managing at least three (3) projects during the past four (4) out of five (5) years that required a working familiarity with cloud-based data management environments, system interfaces, and data quality assurance, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data integration and system compatibility.
Education Required This classification requires the possession of (a) a bachelor's degree, and (b) a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI),
