Enrollment Specialist
LaSalle Network is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to join a fast-paced, high-impact pharmacy operations team. This role is perfect for detail-oriented, licensed Pharmacy Technicians who thrive in solving problems and streamlining patient care. You'll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse ensuring new enrollments are processed accurately, insurance eligibility is verified quickly, and pharmacy claims are resolved without delay. Enrollment Specialist Responsibilities: Enter new patient enrollment data into pharmacy operation systems with speed and accuracy Submit eligibility requests using available portals to determine insurance coverage Investigate and resolve rejected pharmacy claims for both new and refill patients Document all actions, findings, and steps taken throughout the enrollment process Collaborate with admissions, pharmacy teams, and business partners to expedite referrals Perform other related duties as assigned Enrollment Specialist Requirements: 1+ year experience in pharmacy-related data entry 1+ year experience submitting pharmacy claims and resolving rejections Knowledge of medical insurance processes Active Pharmacy Technician License (required) National Technician Certification (preferred) Ability to type 40 WPM with accuracy Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills Be part of a team making a real impact on patient lives.
