Assistant Teacher

We're seeking a full-time Assistant Teacher who is caring, reliable, and excited to support children from 6 weeks to 5 years old in their learning and growth. As an Assistant Teacher, you'll work alongside a Lead Teacher to provide a high-quality learning environment, help implement age-appropriate activities, and ensure that children's needs are met. This role requires flexibility, as you may be assigned to different age groups depending on the needs of the center. Full-time, MondayFriday At least 2 years of experience working in an early childhood education setting Passion for working with young children and supporting their development Ability to work as part of a team and follow guidance from Lead Teachers Strong communication and reliability CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Assist Lead Teachers in planning and implementing engaging activities Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment Support children's emotional, social, and physical needs throughout the day Help with meal times, diapering, and classroom transitions Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff Follow center policies and state licensing requirements Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for professional growth and training Supportive and welcoming work environment
