Senior Project Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects in healthcare delivery, architecture, and construction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a thorough understanding of project management tools and techniques, ensuring compliance with healthcare codes and regulations. Responsibilities
Manage communications with stakeholders and ensure timely updates on project status, challenges, and required actions. Lead presentations to stakeholders and partners with strong graphics and clear objectives. Ensure project compliance with department policies, government codes, and regulations. Develop programmatic requirements and test fits for new projects. Manage and document project scope, describing objectives, physical requirements, parameters, and constraints. Prepare and maintain accurate, coherent, and auditable project records and timelines. Provide leadership, coordination, and support to Project Managers. Manage the review and approval process of design work from conceptual pre-design through design development. Identify and alert of potential project risks or escalations. Develop relationships with key stakeholders and understand departmental needs. Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 5-10 years of progressively responsible work experience. Knowledge of healthcare delivery, architecture, construction, and building design processes. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with diverse groups. Proficiency in project management tools and ability to make rough financial projections. Working knowledge of Bluebeam and MS Office. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Degree in Architecture or related field is a plus. Understanding of OSHPD/HCAI healthcare codes and regulations. Experience with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite. Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $72.61 - $81.96/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
