Profit-sharing plan Role description includes: One-on-one personal in-home care focusing on ADLs Day & Evening Shifts Weekdays and weekends are available Bonus pay for some holidays You must have a driver's license, a clean driving record, and a reliable car. You will also earn more the longer you stay with us (every 500 hours for the first year). You must have a valid HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA certification in Washington state.
