Junior Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the President of a dynamic non-profit organization. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, manage a wide variety of responsibilities, and contribute to meaningful projects that have both local and broader impact. In this fast-paced environment, you will be instrumental in keeping the President's office running smoothly, ensuring effective communication, and handling sensitive matters with discretion. About the Role
You will manage the President's complex calendar, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, facilitate communications between internal and external stakeholders, and oversee travel arrangements. You will also assist with special projects, including event planning, book publishing initiatives, and documentary production efforts. The position requires a mix of strategic coordination, project management, and hands-on administrative work. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, including scheduling, correspondence, travel booking, and meeting preparation Coordinate and track progress on special projects, such as major events, publishing timelines, and media production Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and proposals Prepare and maintain meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions Conduct research, compile data, and present findings to support decision-making Manage confidential information and ensure proper organization of digital and physical records Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of initiatives Balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred Experience as an executive assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role Proficiency with Google Suite; eagerness to adopt AI tools to increase efficiency Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities Discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, resourceful professional who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings.
