Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for carrying out preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery, to improve up-time and improve efficiencies, special projects to enhance safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives that support company goals. Essential Duties and other Responsibilities Use mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical aptitude to repair a variety of hydraulic metal stamping presses Connect and access PLC program software and effectively troubleshoot various issues Adhere to and assist Operators, Technicians, Management and Engineering in following PM Schedules Read, interpret, and follow basic, intermediate, and complex blueprints and schematics Install new machinery or move reallocated machines to new production lines by disassembly and rebuild Job Requirements 5 or more years of experience working with Mechanical, Pneumatic, Electrical or Hydraulic systems or components, working in a heavy industrial environment Experience with programming, writing, editing or troubleshooting PLC programs (plus) Experience installing and maintaining manufacturing equipment and machinery, performing preventative maintenance; reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics Skills Maintenance Mechanic, Troubleshooting, Preventative Maintenance, Maintenance technician, Electrical, Preventive maintenance, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Plc troubleshooting, Electrical maintenance, Electrical troubleshooting, Schematic, Motors, Blueprint, 3 phase Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
