Up To $35/Hour For A Tig Welder
Monday - Friday, 6:00 Am - 2:30 Pm With Ot Available! Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and welding process specifications. Perform TIG welding on various metals (typically stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel). Set up and operate TIG welding equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect and prepare materials prior to welding. Measure and cut metal parts to required specifications using hand tools, torches, or plasma cutters. Maintain weld quality by checking for defects, measuring tolerances, and conducting visual inspections. Use grinders, sanders, and other finishing tools to smooth and clean welded surfaces. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures at all times. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment and tools. Collaborate with other team members in the fabrication and assembly process. Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training is a plus. Proven experience as a TIG welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Strong knowledge of TIG welding techniques, tools, and safety procedures. Ability to weld in various positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead). Physical stamina and dexterity
ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Certification from an accredited welding program (preferred but not always required).
