Architectural Review Committee Community Standards Compliance Essential Duties: Architectural Review Committee Gathers and prepares ARC application submissions from homeowners for committee review. Organizes committee meetings by setting agendas, preparing applications, and taking minutes for the meeting. Must be able to take a leadership position in running meetings if necessary. Assist and educate homeowners/members to ensure compliance with architectural standards, include setting meetings with homeowners to respond to questions and guide them through the process. Ability to comprehend informational and at times, legal documents, this person will need to be able to get up to speed and gain a full knowledge of Backcountry Governing Documents, Design Guidelines, Policies and Rules pertaining to Architectural Review Procedures and HRCA guidelines in order to be of service to homeowners and committee. Highly organized, by being able to sort through and categorize information coming through e-mails, phone conversations and other communication mediums. Must enjoy working with homeowners, vendors, contractors to answer questions regarding community standards. Community Standards Compliance Performs property inspections on a weekly basis or as stated by the communities Board of Directors. Highly organized when it comes to Inspecting, processing and maintaining violations for the community according to approved policies and guidelines. Prepares notification letters per established procedures. Assists General Manager in preparing homeowner CC&R violation letter and communicate results of hearings to homeowners within the time frames set by state statues or governing documents as needed. Must be able to communicate with homeowners questions, concerns regarding community standards. Provides information, assistance, materials and education to new and existing homeowners regarding the benefits of Association living. Obtains and maintains a high working level of Associa applications such as Citrix, Town Square and C3 and become proficient in other applications such as Dwelling live, Constant Contact, and other apps for the association. Update homeowner and association information in C3 and shared files. Responds to Town Square inquires and receive and respond to homeowner phone calls as required and in a timely fashion. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Knowledge and Skills Experience in homeowner association operations preferred. Must have a working knowledge of both the legal process for the community in reference to fines, assessments, liens, and the State Statutes regarding due process. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level. Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level. Organized and efficient in work ethic. Professional customer service skills. Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player. Time management and time critical prioritization skills Computer skills including intermediate knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel. Attendance at Association Annual meetings, Attendance at other meetings and community events may be required from time to time as requested by the General Manager. Personal vehicle required, standard mileage reimbursement provided. This is a Monday

5pm position but must also be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
