The Greeter is responsible for creating a welcoming and supportive first impression for guests, visitors, and staff. This role assists guests by providing directions, answering questions, and offering general support to ensure a smooth and positive experience. The Greeter helps maintain a safe, organized, and friendly environment, serving as a key point of contact for anyone entering the facility. Primary Objective
To provide a warm, welcoming, and helpful experience for all guests, visitors, and staff by offering guidance, information, and support, while ensuring a safe, organized, and positive environment throughout the entrance and lobby areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Guest Greeting and Assistance:
Welcome all guests and visitors with friendly and professional demeanor, check in vehicles and keys with valet staff, and direct guests to their appropriate locations. Wayfinding Support:
Provide clear and accurate directions to areas, departments, and buildings, ensuring guests feel comfortable navigating the facility. Guest Assistance:
Retrieve wheelchairs and assist guests with mobility needs to promote comfort and accessibility. Safety and Security Monitoring:
Observe and report any suspicious behavior or loitering, helping maintain a safe environment for all guests and staff. Valet Coordination:
Notify valet staff when vehicles are ready to be parked or retrieved, assist with organizing vehicles in the service lane, and retrieve vehicles for guests as needed. Driveway and Lot Maintenance:
Ensure the driveway and parking areas are kept clean, organized, and presentable, including assisting with general cleaning and organization tasks. Customer Service:
Provide prompt, courteous assistance to all guests, responding to requests with urgency and professionalism. Safety and Reporting:
Immediately report any concerns that may impact on the safety, welfare, or integrity of the facility, its staff, or its guests. Professional Standards:
Maintain proper uniform, grooming, and hygiene in accordance with company policies. Adhere to assigned work schedules, including arrival, breaks, and departure times. Team Participation:
Attend all required meetings and training courses and collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth, guest-focused operation. Work Area Cleanliness:
Keep all work and guest areas tidy, always ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other tasks as needed to support operational and financial goals, while remaining flexible to changing business needs. Attend staff meetings and complete all required training modules on time. Qualifications

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for this role, along with maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period. Candidates must also pass and maintain a clean background check. No special certifications are necessary for this position. Hospitality, Customer Service & Communication:
Provide exceptional guest service through professional communication, active listening, and personalized assistance, creating a welcoming and memorable experience that aligns with company standards and fosters a positive environment for guests and team members. Luggage Handling and Safety:
Handle guest luggage safely and efficiently, ensuring belongings are transported with care and discretion. Maintain confidentiality, follow proper storage procedures, and ensure luggage is organized, secure, and easily retrievable. Physical Demands:
Must have the stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods, often in varied weather conditions, while maintaining a professional appearance and following uniform and grooming standards. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required to support guest needs and hotel operations. Work Environment:
Work in both indoor and outdoor settings, collaborating with teams, vendors, and clients in on-site and corporate environments. Regularly use computers, communicate by phone, and work around parking facilities with exposure to weather conditions and noisy environments with moving vehicles. Cell Phone Use:
