Digital Analyst
We are looking for a digitally fluent and detail-oriented analyst to join the Global Cash Marketing team. This role will focus on delivering digital campaigns, content maintenance, and coordinating events that support our commercial objectives and elevate client engagement. You will work closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product to deliver data-informed marketing experiences, while building your expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: Digital marketing: Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, web, and social channels. Manage campaign workflows across a variety of platforms, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with brand and regulatory standards. Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives. Marketing collateral: Maintain and update Cash marketing collateral, including within Seismic content library. Ensure materials reflect the latest product positioning, performance data, and regulatory disclosures. Coordinate the submission of marketing materials through the Red Oak platform, ensuring timely and accurate compliance review. Create visually engaging materials to communicate complex information clearly. Event coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, including webinars, roundtables, and sponsored conferences. Coordinate logistics such as venue sourcing, vendor management, and attendee communications. Track event metrics, support post-event reporting, and lead follow-up strategies. Data & reporting: Maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign and event performance. Analyze engagement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Support lead generation and nurturing strategies through segmentation and targeted follow-ups. Knowledge & experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field. Proficient in marketing platforms and CRM systems such as Eloqua, Adobe Analytics, or similar. Knowledge of the financial sector is beneficial. Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Project management skills, with a proven capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Creative and proactive in generating new ideas; thrives in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative global team. For Boston, MA only, the salary range for this position is USD$71,250.00 - USD$90,000.00. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
