Warehouse Assistant
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Assistant and become part of a thriving environment across various departments, including Receiving/Unloading, Scanning/Inventory, and Packing/Shipping. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency of operations and maintaining high standards of safety and organization. Responsibilities Unloading trailers using forklifts or carts in the Receiving/Unloading department. Classifying incoming equipment such as modems, routers, and set-top boxes. Scanning barcodes with handheld radio frequency scanners to ensure accurate registration of product serial numbers. Packing tested products into boxes with appropriate materials and labeling packages for shipment. Following work instructions and meeting production goals. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in your station. Adhering to safety regulations and company policies. Essential Skills Competence in shipping and receiving processes. Experience in selection, packing, and crating. Proficiency in using radio frequency scanners and computers. Ability to manage inventory and material control. Previous warehouse experience required. Skill in inventory control and cycle counts. Workplace Environment Experience working in climate-controlled, clean, and organized facilities with a strong emphasis on safety. Our strict no-beeping policy requires compliance with safety protocols, including not using metal detectors. You should be comfortable standing all day and away from the phone for extended periods. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.36/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
