is looking for an

Office Administrator

that plays a specialized role in leverage my organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence to support daily office functions, enhance team productivity, and contribute to a customer-focused and safety-driven work environment. This is a position located in

Conroe, Texas

. Pay Rate $17-$18 per hour Schedule and Hours

Monday – Friday (sometimes Weekends)

06:00am -3:30pm OT as needed

Office Administrator Duties and Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Operations: Welcome guests, assess the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate personnel while ensuring security protocols are upheld.

• Administrative Documentation: Draft standard communications, complete necessary forms, and produce business-related paperwork.

• Information Management: Enter data accurately and retrieve records using internal systems and software.

• Mail & Correspondence Handling: Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing mail, including internal communications.

• Office Supply Oversight: Track inventory levels and restock supplies to maintain a well-equipped workspace.

• Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate meetings and events, maintain calendars, and arrange travel accommodation as needed, will sometimes be required to go outside to check on orders and gather information from the warehouse and the yard.

Office Administrator Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Primarily office-based and sedentary, though occasional standing or lifting (up to 25 lbs.) may be required.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Bilingual (preferred)

• Background and drug screening required

Job Type Temp to Permanent
