Employee Shuttle Bus Driver

The job is to provide excellent customer service and create a safe and friendly environment for employees and guests by assisting guests with transportation, baggage assistance and personal belongings. All duties are to be performed in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as with department and Company policies, practices, and procedures. The starting rate is $18.50 per hour. The day-to-day includes: Operate assigned vehicles to pick up and drop off guests as directed by dispatch. Run various errands for VIP guests, including purchasing requested shopping items. Respond promptly to dispatch and management calls via radio communication. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and surrounding areas, including hotels, golf courses, restaurants, and key attractions by referencing magazines, guides, and bulletins. Record and report any necessary vehicle repairs or maintenance issues on the vehicle report sheet at the end of each shift. Ensure the vehicle is clean inside and out at all times and return it with at least a
tank of fuel at the end of the shift. Immediately notify a supervisor of any safety or maintenance concerns related to the assigned vehicle. Keep Dispatchers informed of location and status throughout the shift. Follow all Front Services and Transportation Department policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is skilled in driving large passenger vehicles, including charter buses, limousines, shuttles, and other commercial transport vehicles preferred. Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays. Valid DL required to start with an endorsement for passengers.
