Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities: Assigns and supervises the work of Shipping/Receiving, and other general warehouse employees Works with the Scheduler on all issues related to customer service, transportation, and carriers for various labels, vendors, and clients Acts as back-up for the Warehouse Manager Responsible for General Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), general safety, stacking, and other warehouse inspections/audits Ensures accuracy of orders and shipments Ensures completion and fulfillment of orders Manage all case and label functions (report labeling activity, efficiencies and orders completed on time) Other duties as assigned Qualifications: A college degree or 2-5 years of relevant experience is required; lead or supervisory experience in a warehouse setting is preferred. Knowledge of equipment used in a warehouse setting is a must. Must be able to sit, stand, crouch, kneel, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with above average organizational skills. Capable of making quick, calculated decisions. Strong communication skills. Basic computer and data entry skills. Willingness and ability to work in a team environment. Bilingual in Spanish and English helpful. Willingness to relocate if future job growth opportunities arise. Starting wage range based on skills, abilities, and experience from $70k to $85k.
