Reports to: Head of Digital (Artist Specific) Location: Los Angeles or NYC - remote with travel required Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000 (commensurate with experience) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Manager, Digital Content & Social Media to lead the creation, publishing, and optimization of content across all social and digital platforms for a Tier 1 global artist. This role blends hands-on short form content production with strategic channel oversight, ensuring every asset is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with broader marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to produce, publish, and manage content that resonates with a global fanbase, drives measurable results, and supports the artist's creative vision. Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms for a Tier 1 artist with a global audience, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing goals Capture, produce, and edit high-quality short-form video, photography, and graphic assets tailored to each platform Own and maintain the content calendar, ensuring timely posting that aligns with campaign moments, audience engagement patterns, and the artist's creative output Write engaging, on-brand copy that connects with audiences and supports campaign objectives Monitor analytics and platform trends to optimize performance, drive engagement, and guide audiences through the marketing funnel to deepen superfan relationships and increase consumption Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver content that supports launches, partnerships, and special initiatives Ensure all content meets brand, quality, and platform-specific guidelines while protecting the integrity of the artist's image Represent the digital team at events, shoots, and other activations to capture and publish timely content Qualifications: 5-8 years of experience in social media management and content creation for a high-profile talent, entertainment brand, or Tier 1 artist Proven ability to create and publish content that maximizes engagement while aligning with marketing funnel objectives Proficiency in video and photo editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom) Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform best practices Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, high-stakes environments Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, remote environments - equally effective operating independently with minimal oversight and collaborating seamlessly within a dispersed team Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice to a premium, globally recognized brand High level of professionalism and discretion when working with celebrity talent and partners Preferred: Experience with digital marketing in music, entertainment, or global brand contexts Motion graphics skills (After Effects, Canva Pro, or equivalent) Knowledge of DSP platforms, content merchandising, and international market adaptation How to Apply: Please submit your resume - include a portfolio and/or links to recent work that demonstrate both creative and strategic capabilities in managing digital content for a Tier 1 artist or equivalent global brand.
