A DAY IN THE LIFE Provide

administrative and clerical support to field personnel and act as a liaison between corporate office and job sites

Promptly answer the phone, distribute incoming and outgoing mail, enter time into Heavy Jobs, order office supplies, set up and oversee FedEx/UPS shipments

Assist Field Supervision and corporate staff in collecting data on rental equipment, licensing for on-road vehicles, tracking "idling time" of equipment

Keys timecards and enters employee changes and equipment code updates into timecard software

Assists

site supervision with completing and

submitting

employee documents & ensures employe

e

orientation packets, training programs, and employee handbooks are in supply

WHAT YOU'LL NEED One year experience in administration or equivalent combination of training and/or experience

High School Diploma or GED

Able to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical and Drug Test

Willingness to travel and

relocate

to the jobsite (100% travel with no rotations)

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART Proficient with Microsoft applications (

i.e.

Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Ability to organize and prioritize

numerous

tasks under pressure
