As a Surgical Endoscopy Territory Manager (SE TM) at Boston Scientific, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue within your territory to meet or exceed your Sales Plan. This field-based role focuses on delivering innovative Flexible Endoscopy solutions and building strategic relationships across key clinical and administrative stakeholders. You will engage with a diverse call point including Colorectal, Minimally Invasive, Bariatric, Hepatobiliary, and Thoracic Surgeons, as well as Pulmonologists. Your success will be driven by your ability to provide clinical excellence, procedural support, and strategic account management. This TM will support the states of Wisconsin and Iowa. Your responsibilities will include: Develop monthly and quarterly strategic plans designed to achieve revenue targets. Define and develop new business opportunities that clearly reflect the company's vision and priorities. Build and maintain sustainable strategic business relationships in key accounts by training, educating, and selling innovative technologies. Drive sales revenue to exceed division priorities. Stay current on BSC products, programs, and competitive knowledge. Uphold all the quality policies outlined within sales structure consistently and completely. Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality. Understand and comply with all regulations governing our work and comply 100% of the time with all BSC corporate policy and procedure initiatives. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Minimum of 2+ years relevant business experience Proven clinical excellence in respective disease states Documented sales success Preferred Qualifications
Gastroenterology and/or Pulmonary Endoscopy experience Direct Flexible Endoscopy sales experience Successful expansion of surgical call points in respective territory Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated top 10% performance in critical competencies Initial minimum compensation for this position is anticipated to start at $113,096.00 inclusive of annualized base salary, certain guarantees, and other non-discretionary performance-based incentives. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business considerations or organizational needs.
