The Columbia Heights Anchor program is a blend of mental health services and individualized education. Our School-based Therapist will provide embedded (Level III) classroom services and school-based mental health assessment, treatment, and prevention services to children and families as well as consultation and training for school staff at the middle school within the Columbia Heights School District. Provide both direct billable services and non-billable training, consultation, and early intervention/prevention services. Participate in meetings and coordination with Washburn Center and school teams. Collect and assess data on client progress. Independent Licensure at LICSW, LPCC, LP, or LMFT preferred. Skilled in children's mental health diagnostic assessment and treatment. What Can Washburn Offer You?

This role is a highly collaborative function, and you will experience exposure to all programs at Washburn Center, working in collaboration with a variety of experienced professionals to ensure the best care for the children and families in your care. Responsibilities

Clinical Treatment - Clinicians will provide a combination of the following school-based services within the school, clients' homes, and across the community, as agreed upon with the school staff and the Washburn Center supervisor, including: Facilitate social skills groups Provide individual and family therapy Ancillary Services - Clinicians will also provide ancillary services as agreed upon with the school staff and the Washburn Center supervisor, including: Provide care coordination, including collaboration with parents, school staff, and other agencies Participate in classroom observations Provide teacher consultation and training Documentation - Clinicians will be expected to maintain required documentation as specified in our Clinical Policy Manual, including: Diagnostics assessments Treatment plan for each client Completion of progress notes Completion of required outcome instruments Discharge summaries Timely record keeping of all clinical activities and grant related services as defined Timely response of communications from the program director, the supervisor, or program support to ensure clear communication throughout the program All clinicians are to ensure Minnesota and HIPAA data privacy requirements are followed. Supervision and Professional Development - Clinicians are expected to: Attend weekly supervision and team meetings, present case information and formulation, and identify questions for team meetings and supervision Receive regular clinical supervision as required under Rule 29 Provide clinical and administrative supervision for interns as approved by the program supervisor based on licensure and experience and assist with providing training, feedback, and learning experience for program interns Maintain required CEUs Education, Licensure and Experience

Master's degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work 2+ years assessing, diagnosing and treating children and families Valid MN Licensure as a LGSW, LICSW, LPCC, LP, LAMFT, LMFT or MA/MS working towards LPCC Competencies

Demonstrate knowledge of cultural diversity and the role of culture in the therapeutic process Adaptable to multiple workplace cultures Ability to work independently Understand when to ask questions $60,000 - $80,000 a year Salary bracket: $60,000 - $80,000 (Salary is based on several factors including but not limited to independent licensure status, work experience and education) Benefits at WASHBURN: Washburn offers benefits to Full-Time benefit eligible employees comprehensive Dental, Vision, Health, Life and Long-term disability insurance. Additionally, we offer a 403b retirement plan and a flexible benefit option (FSA). Vacation: Paid Vacation accrues at 10 hours of vacation per month - up to 15 days / 120 hours annually. Sick Leave: Paid sick leave accrues at 6.68 hours of sick per month - up to 10 days / 80 hours.
