Financial Analyst

Perform the following in a professional services or consultant environment: Prepare monthly Financial Statements, extracting reports from Dynamics 365 (D365) system for GAAP and IFRS layers for the region. Prepare monthly consolidated Management reports and profit to statutory matrix reporting. Review and prepare IFRS 16 entries. Run reports on the Paycom system for payroll review & reconciliation. Review and approve supplier/vendor invoices, and payments in D365 ensuring proper SOX evidence is provided. Review and approve journal entries in D365 system (prepayments, fixed assets, accruals, etc.) in D365 ensuring proper SOX evidence is retained for all entries. Review and approve bank payments and transfers on banking platform. Oversee bank access and permission for finance users. Review SOX documentation and evidence packs for all balance sheet reconciliations. Oversee balance sheet and bank reconciliations. Oversee SOX controls for TRE.003 & TRE.023 Treasury and Control Owner for C004FSCP & FSCP C015FSCP finance controls. Review and approve Intercompany Invoice and Reconciliation Reports. Review Accounts Payable and Staff Accountants journal entries and reconciliations posted in D365 system. Provide support to external auditors, leveraging their platforms for deliverables. Provide support to tax consultants with annual corporate tax returns. Analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies. Record and review financial transactions to ensure accuracy. Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, to interact with colleagues and key stakeholders. Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 4 years of experience in the job offered or 4 years of experience as a Accountant or any other job title performing all listed job duties. Salary Range: $146,058.00 to $147,000.00/year.
