The Technical Product Writer at Blueflame AI will be pivotal in bridging the gap between our product, engineering, and client-facing teams by creating clear and accurate user documentation and other technical product content. You will play a pivotal role in translating complex AI-driven product features into accessible content for a diverse audienceincluding institutional investors, product managers, engineers, and external partners. Your work will directly impact user adoption, client satisfaction, and the overall success of our platform. Responsibilities Product Documentation & User Content Creation Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive product user documentation, including knowledgebase articles, user guides, API references, integration manuals, release notes, and FAQs Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to understand new features and translate technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation Create and maintain onboarding materials, quick-start guides, and tutorials to facilitate seamless adoption of Blueflame AI's products by clients and internal teams Content Governance, Quality, and Operations Establish and maintain documentation style guides, templates, and review processes to scale content operations and ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across all product content Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously enhance the quality and usability of documentation Conduct regular audits of existing documentation to identify gaps, outdated information, and opportunities for improvement Ensure all content aligns with Blueflame AI's brand voice and regulatory requirements relevant to the investment management industry Self-Serve Education and Enablement Content Development Help shape onboarding experiences, in-app help, and interactive tutorials that reduce friction and support adoption Collaborate with Customer Success and other stakeholders to identify content gaps based on user questions and pain points Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with UX/UI designers to integrate documentation into the product interface and enhance the overall user experience Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop technical collateral that supports go-to-market strategies and client education Participate in product planning meetings, sprint reviews, and user research sessions to stay informed about product roadmaps and user needs What You Bring Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus 3+ years of experience as a technical writer, product writer, or similar role in a technology-driven environment (preferably SaaS, fintech, or AI) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences Demonstrated ability to apply information architecture and UX best practices to organize technical content in a way that enhances usability, discoverability, and customer self-service Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, APIs, B2B SaaS, cloud platforms, and investment management concepts is highly desirable Experience with tools such as HelpKit, Chameleon, Notion, Markdown, Git, ReadMe, or similar platforms Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay current with industry trends Collaborative spirit with a customer-centric mindset and a drive to deliver exceptional user experiences The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate's compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position.
