The student intern will provide office and facility support to the Texas A&M AgriLife Research - Institute for Advancing Health through Agriculture. Essential Duties/Tasks
Will assist in animal research studies with supervision of lab personnel Assist with animal husbandry and specimen collection Document experimental procedures accurately Assist in analyzing biological specimens using biochemical, cellular, and molecular methods Perform other research-related or administrative tasks assigned Qualifications
Required Education and Experience: Junior or Senior currently enrolled at Texas A&M University Required Licenses and Certifications: None Required Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Familiar with Microsoft Office Professional communications including e-mails Customer service attitude Exceptionally organized Team Player Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds Ability to establish effective working relationships All positions are security-sensitive.
