We are seeking a results-driven Program Manager to join our Insurance Product Engineering organization. This role will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving high-priority initiatives across a global software portfolio. You will be at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations, ensuring that complex programs are delivered with precision, agility, and impact. Strategic Program & Portfolio Leadership

Own and drive a portfolio of cross-functional programs aligned to business and product strategy. Lead full program lifecycle: scope definition, planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch optimization. Collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to ensure initiatives are coordinated and impactful. Design and implement governance frameworks that provide visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery health. Business Transformation & Process Optimization

Champion continuous improvement across systems and processes to increase efficiency and reduce complexity. Leverage KPIs and data analytics to track execution, surface insights, and guide decision-making. Lead change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies. Apply risk management thinking to anticipate challenges and build mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Communication

Act as a strategic partner and advisor to senior leadership, translating business needs into executable plans. Prepare and deliver high-quality updates, dashboards, and readouts tailored for executive audiences. Coordinate go-to-market activities, release readiness, and operational transitions for new initiatives. People Leadership & Organizational Development

Mentor and guide project and program managers across the organization. Drive adoption of consistent program management practices, tools, and reporting standards. Contribute to organizational capability building through coaching, process improvement, and knowledge sharing. Basic Qualifications

10+ years of program or portfolio management experience, preferably in software, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations. Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale programs with cross-functional, globally distributed teams. Strong execution focus, with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes and managing complex dependencies. Experience in matrixed environments and a deep understanding of stakeholder management. Skilled in reporting, data-driven storytelling, and presenting to senior/executive stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications: PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Cloud (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner). Experience in insurance, P&C, reinsurance, or global specialty markets is a plusbut not required. Familiarity with modern software development practices, Agile frameworks, and cloud-native platforms. Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $114,200 - $212,000. Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
