Finish manufacturing products by deburring, cleaning, passivating, masking, blasting, and mass finishing Key Responsibilities
Deburring plastic and metal, cleaning, passivation, masking, blasting, and mass finishing operations. Meet production standards and quality expectations. Meet all regulatory requirements including but not limited to FDA and ISO. Understand and follow all GMP procedures. Work from written instructions Understand and follow all departmental SOP's. Document and report any process deviations to team leader. Understand and comply with all department safety policies and procedures. Know and apply the Quality System and any appropriate Federal and International standards Assist and support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessary Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Education: High School Diploma or GED required Experience: None Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Good mechanical ability. Ability to perform basic inspection Ability to pay close attention to detail and ability to work well with hands. About Exactech
