Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree. An Associate in Applied Science degree with a major in computer information systems (CIS) (or the educational equivalent) or management information systems (MIS) or a closely related field. Four years of experience as an applications programmer or analyst may be substituted for the BA requirement. Five years of professional work experience as an applications analyst or programmer at the highest technical level. Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree with a major in CIS or MIS or a closely related field. Five or more years of experience in the higher education industry. Three years of experience in a formal or informal leadership role. Licenses and Certifications:

Prefer certification in specialized technical area of accountability.
