Seeking an experienced Concrete Foundations Foreman to lead and supervise on-site crews performing all foundation work in Kaukauna, WI! Pay: $35 - $45/hour. Company truck provided Monday - Friday. Compensation and Benefits

Supervise and lead the foundation crew, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required specifications. Plan and coordinate daily activities for the crew, assigning tasks and ensuring proper use of equipment and materials. Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to ensure accurate foundation layout and installation. Manage the pouring and setting of concrete foundations, ensuring quality and consistency. Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe and clean work environment. Oversee foundation inspections and address any issues or delays to keep the project on schedule. Maintain daily logs, including progress reports, crew attendance, and equipment usage. Communicate with the Project Manager regularly to report on project progress, potential issues, and material needs. Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of construction materials. Enforce company policies and maintain the values and mission of the organization. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in concrete foundation construction. Experience with foundation formwork, rebar placement, and concrete pouring (required). Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality. Ability to adapt to changing conditions and solve problems effectively. Strong knowledge of concrete foundation materials, methods, and techniques. Proven experience leading and managing a team in a construction setting. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings. Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations. Valid Driver's License and clean driving record. Ability to work 40-60 hours per week, depending on project demands.
