Forklift Operator

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator. The ideal candidate will assist in the efficient loading and unloading upon truck arrivals, utilizing their expertise in stand-up forklift operations and RF scanner usage. The role demands a solution-oriented mindset to accurately locate and maneuver materials within the stockroom. Responsibilities

Operate stand-up forklifts to move materials efficiently. Utilize RF Scanner and demonstrate knowledge of WMS/SAP systems. Locate pallets in the refrigerated area using provided bin numbers. Load and unload shipping trucks with precision. Prepare packages for shipping. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse during downtime. Essential Skills

Proficiency in operating stand-up forklifts. Experience with RF Scanners and WMS/SAP systems. Ability to handle inventory and material management. Strong problem-solving skills to manage stockroom operations. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience. Previous experience in the food and beverage industry preferred. Forklift experience preferred, certification provided on-site. Ability to lift cases up to 35lbs Basic computer skills. Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sandston, Virginia. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
