Operational Stewardship: Lead all production activities within our continuous building materials process, ensuring peak performance, quality, and efficiency. Lean & CI Leadership: Spearhead the application of Lean methodologies and other Continuous Improvement tools to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and significantly reduce waste. Reliability & Asset Health: Oversee comprehensive maintenance programs (preventative, predictive) to ensure the sustained reliability and longevity of all plant equipment, minimizing downtime. Drive proactive maintenance planning and leverage advanced troubleshooting methods to ensure maximum equipment uptime and performance. Safety & Environmental Champion: Drive an unwavering commitment to EHS, developing and enforcing robust safety protocols and environmental compliance programs that protect our team and planet. Lead environmental risk assessment and mitigation efforts, ensuring strict compliance management with all relevant environmental regulations and standards. Talent Development & Engagement: Identify and nurture talent, providing impactful coaching, feedback, and development opportunities. Actively implement succession planning strategies to identify and prepare future leaders within the plant. Champion employee engagement and effective conflict resolution. Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 6 years in a significant people leadership role, preferably within a continuous process industry. This experience should include accountability for operational budgets, cost control initiatives, and contributing to capital expenditure planning. Demonstrated practical experience and leadership in applying Continuous Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM) methodologies to drive operational excellence and waste reduction, directly impacting profitability and cost efficiency. Proven expertise in maintenance operations management and reliability engineering principles, with a strong understanding of proactive maintenance planning and advanced troubleshooting that minimizes unplanned downtime and associated financial impact. Advanced communication, interpersonal, and change management skills, with a proven ability to lead teams through significant organizational and process transformations. Solid financial acumen, including proven experience in developing and managing operational budgets, executing cost optimization strategies, and contributing to capital expenditure proposals.
