Full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are needed to provide compassionate, flexible support across multiple residential sites in Fort Dodge and Webster City, IA. This role is perfect for experienced professionals who want variety in their schedule and the opportunity to make a lasting impact. What You'll Do:
Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily living activities: hygiene, meals, housekeeping, laundry, and medication self-administration Foster independence and community involvement by assisting with outings, appointments, grocery shopping, and budgeting Build meaningful relationships and advocate for personal choice and dignity Complete documentation and communication logs using basic computer skills What You Need:
Valid driver's license and proof of insurance Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and provide physical assistance as needed Must pass a background check and drug screening This is a safety sensitive role. Why Join Us?
