Warehouse Associate

Under the supervision of the Distribution Manager, the Warehouse Associate ensures that parts and or products are picked and packed for delivery to ICEE customers. Warehouse associates on a daily basis will use an electric pallet jack or boxing up a parts order. Supports the Distribution Manager and Distribution Leads in a positive and accountable way and represent The ICEE company in a professional and courteous manner. Requirements and responsibilities include: Pick orders Operate a pallet jack Prep, box and palletize for shipment Unload/load incoming and outgoing trucks Maintain work area and general upkeep of warehouse/office facility Competencies: Customer relations, interpersonal relationships, team relations and service-oriented Excellent organization and time management skills Must be a self-starter and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner Great oral and written communication skills Must be comfortable performing basic mathematical functions as well Minimum requirements: Must possess and maintain a valid Real-ID Driver's License Ability to lift 75 lbs. or more on a regular basis. Occasional lifting in excess of 75 lbs. required Minimum of two (2) years warehouse and/or customer service experience Forklift certification a plus Ability to pass a background check Must have steel-toed shoes (ICEE provides uniforms) Pay from $20/hr. Pay is commensurate with experience, education, skills, training, and certifications.
