Restoration Technician
We are looking for an experienced Restoration Technician to join our team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water, Fire, and Mold Restoration jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities. Applicants must be IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning/restoration. Perform production/restoration process per work order and crew chief instructions Provide legendary customer service Communicate with customers and walk them through the entire project before beginning Providing estimates and closing projects Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment Prepare rooms/areas for work activities Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance Communicate openly with crew chief and other technicians Eager to learn and acquire new skills and develop professionally Qualifications
IICRC certification Experience in cleaning/restoration Experience serving commercial properties Valid driver's license High school diploma/GED Physical Requirements
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics) Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary Benefits: $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission and additional incentives.
