General Laborer
As a general laborer, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by helping those affected by building fires, flooding, storm damage, and other restoration projects. Your role is to ensure that situations are restored 'Like It Never Even Happened.' Responsibilities
Perform restoration and mitigation processes to meet the service needs of individual restoration projects. Maintain the professional appearance of equipment and assigned service vehicle. Provide quality, consistent, and efficient work in cleaning, restoration, and construction. Ensure inventory of equipment, products, and supplies for each project on each job site. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring clean equipment. Prepare rooms for work activities. Provide labor for services such as cleaning, fire damage restoration, water mitigation, mold remediation, and equipment placement, adhering to safety guidelines. Communicate effectively with other staff members. Ensure efficiency on restoration projects. Perform end-of-day cleaning and breakdown tasks. Develop expertise in mitigation and restoration services, cleaning products, and equipment. Essential Skills
Mechanical aptitude Proficiency with power tools Knowledge of chemical, water treatment, and water transfer processes Experience in remediation tasks Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills Ability to work in accordance with C.A.R.E values (Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Excellence) Valid driver's license Ability to travel locally as needed Capability to work rotating on-call shifts Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling level heights Ability to work in tight spaces Ability to work with or around cleaning agents Why Work Here?
