Run commercial and light industrial projects across the Knoxville area. Communicate well with owners as well as subcontractors, be the face of the organization. Oversee subcontractors and the full construction project on a daily basis. Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods. Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with owners, architects, consulting engineers, and other parties related to the project. Enforce a safe work environment, practices, and culture on the project. GROUND UP CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED WITHIN THE COMMERCIAL & LIGHT INDUSTRIAL SPACE. Commercial project experience. Be able to be a team player and train Assistant Superintendents. 3-5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a construction superintendent. Projects around $10-30M+ in value.
