1st Shift - General Laborer (Temporary Role)
We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker for our 1st shift, operating from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The role requires an openness to overtime, about 10-15 hours a week, with additional hours from 4 AM to 2:30 PM and occasional Saturday work. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for meeting quality standards and deadlines for products, inspecting for defects, assembling products, monitoring manufacturing equipment, and adhering closely to safety procedures. Responsibilities
Operate production equipment. Maintain warehouse machines. Store products and materials. Meet production deadlines during the shift. Report defective products or machinery. Check stock levels and report deficiencies in products or raw materials. Keep the worksite clean to prevent hazards. Review and follow manufacturing manuals for machinery assembly. Ensure timely shipping procedures. Transfer equipment manually or using forklift trucks. Adhere to the company's safety and quality guidelines. Work Environment
The work environment is a standard manufacturing shop that is fairly clean but can become dirty due to the metal shop operations. It is not climate controlled, so expect warmer conditions during summer months and cooler conditions in winter. Job Type & Location
